Our Comprehensive Health Guarantee
We are proud of the exceptional quality and health of our Rottweiler bloodlines. To back our promise, we provide the following health guarantees:
1. Two-Year Genetic Health Guarantee
If your Rottweiler puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening hereditary condition within two years of adoption, RottieKings will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no cost.
This guarantee covers breed-specific genetic conditions such as hip or elbow dysplasia, degenerative myelopathy (DM), aortic stenosis, and other congenital disorders confirmed through veterinary diagnostics.
A detailed report from a licensed veterinarian, including diagnostic imaging (X-rays, echocardiogram, DNA test results, etc.), is required to validate the claim.
2. 14-Day Communicable Disease Guarantee
If your puppy is diagnosed with a contagious illness (such as parvovirus, distemper, or severe kennel cough) within 14 days of arrival, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping fees, upon safe return of the puppy.
This guarantee is contingent upon the condition being confirmed by a licensed veterinarian and not resulting from exposure after delivery.
3. Mandatory 7-Day Veterinary Examination
To activate the health guarantee, the new owner must schedule a full veterinary check-up within seven (7) days of receiving the puppy.
The exam must include a physical assessment, review of vaccinations, and general health screening appropriate for the puppy’s age and development stage.
Failure to complete this exam within the timeframe will void the entire health guarantee.
Breed-Specific Note: Due to the Rottweiler’s large size and developmental timeline, our two-year genetic guarantee ensures coverage for conditions that may not become apparent until the dog reaches full maturity.
Conditions and Requirements
- The health guarantee is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- Proper care is required: This includes a high-quality large-breed puppy diet, routine veterinary care, vaccinations, parasite prevention, and appropriate exercise and training.
- The guarantee is void if the puppy suffers from injury, neglect, malnutrition, or improper care.
- It does not cover minor, treatable conditions such as temporary digestive issues, seasonal allergies, or ear infections.
- Any breeding or showing activity must be pre-approved in writing by RottieKings to maintain guarantee eligibility.
- Spaying or neutering before 18 months may affect joint development and could impact guarantee claims related to orthopedic conditions.

How to File a Health Guarantee Claim
If you believe your puppy may qualify for a claim, please contact us immediately. Timely documentation is essential.
Required Documentation:
- A comprehensive veterinary report confirming the diagnosis and treatment plan.
- Proof of the initial vet exam completed within 7 days of adoption.
- Complete vaccination and health records provided by RottieKings.
- Diagnostic results (X-rays, blood work, DNA tests, echocardiogram, etc.).
- Photos and videos showing the puppy’s condition (if applicable).
- Any additional information requested by our breeding team.
Once all documentation is received and verified, we will promptly respond with next steps — whether that’s arranging a replacement puppy, processing a refund, or providing further guidance.
